"ebb and flow" means that sometimes our life flows toward our hopes and dreams, and sometimes it flows away. In periods of flow, life is easy and full of meaning and movement. But when our life ebbs, we may be struggling against the current, fighting to get a grasp on what is important to us. Often when we're in an ebb stage of our life, it is a time for reflection and getting specific on our goals and dreams. It's a time for learning, listening, and trusting.

Rachel
Owner . Manager . Massage Therapist . Reiki Practitioner
Since becoming licensed in 2012, massage has been a guiding light in Rachel's life. It has taken her everywhere from resort spas in Pennsylvania, Utah, Arizona, Hawaii, Missouri, Ohio, and now to Delaware. It was in Delaware where she began to experience the powerful impact of massage for herself in recovering from burnout, injury, and all the natural changes that come with living life. Massage has become a way to maintain connection with herself and heal her body and mind so that she may continue to live a full and happy life. Rachel believes in the power of massage in nourishing both the physical and energetic bodies. Along with her license in massage therapy, Rachel is also a Reiki Level 3 practitioner. She is a lover of tea, animals and sage and can be found enjoying nature, walking her dog, doing yoga and practicing mindful activities around town.
Ryan
Owner . Manager . Social Media Manager . Aesthetician . Massage Therapist . Holistic Goddess
Ryan’s interest in Holistic living began in 2011 when she began creating all natural candles after learning the harmful effects of the traditional wax most candle companies used. Ryan attended Aesthetics school in 2016 and Massage School in 2019 where her love for holistic health and healing continued to develop. Ryan loves plants, nature, connecting with her clients and providing mind, body and soul-restoring treatments tailored to each individual's needs. In a fast-paced, hectic world Ryan encourages everyone to take time to focus on you, focus on mindfulness and focus on being still and present.

Alex graduated from Penn State with a B.A. in Digital Journalism and Media. Originally from Bucks County, PA, she has embraced the beach lifestyle of southern Delaware. She has an extensive background in photography and loves expressing her creativity through writing, taking pictures, and creating digital content. With a focus on portrait and event photography, she enjoys capturing the true essence of her subjects in a natural and fun way, and making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. Alex has a passion for spirituality and enjoys reading tarot cards, studying astrology, and deepening her spiritual practice. Through her spiritual work, she loves helping others come back into alignment with their true selves and connecting them to their own spiritual gifts. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and walking her dog, Moose.
Amanda
Massage Therapist
Amanda is a Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Certified Lymphedema Therapy. She is passionate about helping clients feel better, move more freely, and heal through personalized, results-driven care. Her work focuses on therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, and pre- and post-operative care, supporting the body’s natural healing processes while reducing pain, swelling, and tension. Amanda’s passion for massage started at a young age, helping family members find relief from pain and stress related to medical conditions—long before she realized it would become her career. She brings that same compassion and attentiveness into every session, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and goals. Outside of the treatment room, Amanda enjoys staying active and spending time with her two boys.
Andrew
Massage Therapist
Andrew is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and while some of you may know him as Ryan, he’ll be going by his middle name, Andrew, at ebb + flow to avoid any mix-ups. Having spent most of his life here in Delaware, Andrew has deep roots in the local community. He graduated from the Harris School of Business in 2017, specializing in Massage Therapy, and has been practicing in the area since 2018. With expertise in hot stone, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology, Andrew is dedicated to helping people feel their best. With his entire career spent in the service industry, he is committed to providing exceptional care and plans to continue helping others for years to come.
Brenna
Aesthetician
Brenna has been a licensed aesthetician since 2019, fulfilling a lifelong dream of hers. She is committed to living a non-toxic lifestyle and believes in the healing power of Mother Nature, taking a holistic approach to healing the skin from the inside out. She is dedicated to continued, hands-on education and is always learning new techniques. Her training includes studying gua sha with Wildling founder Britta McCrae, sculptural lifting and buccal massage with Yakov Gershkovich, and gua sha facial fusion with herbal poultice and lymphatic drainage with Cecily Brayden. She has also studied facial massage and lymphatic drainage with Katie Woods of Ritual Skincare, Qi Beauty with Kathy Pedersen, and facial reflexology with Jackie Van Ruler. Brenna is also certified in Reiki Level I. Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find her tending to her beehive and chicken coop, or in the kitchen making herbal infusions, tinctures, and sourdough bread.
Lulu
Aesthetician
Lulu graduated in 2024 from the Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in Dagsboro, DE, and has been sharing her love for skincare through facials and aesthetics ever since. Lulu specializes in advanced facials, waxing, tinting, lifting, and dermaplaning. Her main focus is on enhancing each client’s natural beauty while creating a peaceful, inviting space to unwind. She is passionate about helping clients understand their skin, so they leave feeling more confident, relaxed, and refreshed. Outside of the treatment room, Lulu enjoys reading, yoga, beach days, and spending time with friends. With a background in dance, she brings a natural sense of flow, care, and intuitive energy to everything she does.

Patty is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, certified Tarot Card Reader and an herbal supplement consultant. She offers a relaxing Swedish massage, which uses gentle touch and light pressure. After years of running GNC’s and other holistic enterprises, Patty decided to embark on various wellness and esoteric pursuits on her own. She conducted her studies at a variety of schools and organizations including The Academy of Massage and Bodywork, Kathleen’s Well, Tranquil Spirit, The Herbal Healers Academy, Paradiso Spiritual Center and Monmouth University.
Sally

Sally is a licensed massage therapist with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sciences. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2004, specializing in deep tissue massage for sports and workout-related injuries. Her massage career began in a chiropractor’s office, where she treated patients recovering from work and car accidents. Sally is dedicated to providing personalized massage treatments tailored to each client's specific needs. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.

An expert in herbal medicine, nutrition, detoxification and hormone balancing, a mother of five daughters and three grandchildren, a school garden program director, and an advocate for the environment, Dr. Kim brings her diverse experience to each patient and student

She also holds a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Biology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Inspired by the healing power of earth-based natural medicine, Furtado is dedicated to continued education and research.
Furtado's special interests include herbal medicine, nutrition, environmental medicine, chronic illness, and women's and children's health.
Furtado enjoys serving as a community resource and effective educator of lifestyle changes. Furtado is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). She is also executive director for the Delmarva Community Wellnet Foundation, where she founded the SNAC Garden Program.
